Every timepiece sourced through AELEN is covered by a comprehensive warranty against mechanical defects. All timepieces include a 1-year mechanical warranty from the date of delivery.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your timepiece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we provide a 1-for-1 exchange within 7 days of delivery. Customer covers international return shipping. Replacement shipped at no additional cost.

Authentication

Every timepiece undergoes a multi-point inspection before presentation: case condition, bracelet integrity, movement function, dial and crystal quality, and packaging. Real QC photos and videos are provided for your approval before shipment.

Exclusions

• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, fading)
• Water damage on models not rated for water exposure
• Loss or theft
